Dr Vanessa Lapointe is an author, parenting expert, educator, speaker, blogger, consultant to research projects and a registered psychologist who has been supporting families and children for more than fifteen years. Author of 'Discipline without Damage: How to get your kids to behave without messing them up', and “Parenting Right from the Start’, Dr. Vanessa is known for bringing a sense of nurturing understanding and humanity to all of her work.

For more than a decade, Nicole Phelps has been making a difference in the lives of children through her work at the Michael Phelps Foundation, which promotes water safety, healthy living (both emotional and physical), and the pursuit of dreams. A former communications professional, Phelps graduated with honours from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism. She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband, Michael, their three sons (Boomer, Beckett, and Maverick), and two dogs (Legend & Onyx).
